Their sector expertise enables them to support Ceres efficiently in managing investment opportunities in various sectors and add value at all steps of the deal (due diligence, assessing the value creation strategy, NEDs positions, exit planning,…).

Strategic and Operating Partners are remunerated with management fees and carried interest on a deal by deal basis.
